Does the many worlds interpretations explain luck? I can't count how many times I have thought something bad was about to take place to only have it come true. These are mostly little things like bad outcomes in video and card games, but can science explain this? I have heard about how poker must be more of a game of skill than luck due to the fact that the same people do well at the poker table. One of the more popular poker shows on television mentions this "fact". Could it be that these people create their own "luck" by believing that they will win or get the card they need? I have watched poker and seen these top tier players get "lucky" time and time again by hitting the card they needed. Yet I have almost never had this same lucky event happen to me. Could a tier based economic system work? This type of economic system would consist of multiple tiers of employment based on how difficult and how much education is required to obtain the position. For example, you could have 10 tiers where a crossing guard or other low educated positions would be tier 1 and doctors, lawyers and other longer educated professions would be tier 10. Your tier would appear on an ID, for example, your driving license. This would give you access to certain goods and would determine how big of a house, how nice of a car and how many goods you could obtain each week or month. All goods would be "free" in a sense, yet you still must work for them. Unemployed people would be Tier 0 and there would need to be a special tier for the disabled. Services would still be provided as the people running them would be somewhere in the tier system.
